  It’s unfortunate that you will be told one thing when an employee is trying to sell a product, and another when you go to warranty that product. I purchased a MagSafe wallet from zagg and was told by the employee it could be warrantied at any time for $10. My wallet is now broken (both bottom edges broke off leaving it sharp and jagged), and I went in to this location to have it replaced, only to be told they don’t warranty this item. I can guarantee I never would have bought it if I hadn’t been told it could be warrantied at any time. Deceptive sales tactics and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything under “warranty”.. because who knows if that will end up being true.

  Fixed my iPhone 13 and came back after some problems and fixed it! Thought my device was too far gone but it wasn’t!

  Somehow they never have the screen protector I need in stock. Ever. I have a newer phone as well. What's the point of paying all this money for a screen protector with a warranty if you can't actually use the warranty.

  Caleb did a great job replacing my screen protector, He up sold me on a better protector that will also protect my eyes. I’d come back to the store any day.

  The Zagg stores in Logan and Sandy are owned by the same people. I was in Logan and they did not have the screen for a 23Ultra in stock, but Sandy did. Off I go 2 hrs to Sandy, they replace the screen (2.5hrs & $395) and say all good. I drive back to Logan before I find out many of the buttons dont work. No screen capture, no volume, etc. A normal person thinks, hey it happens. Call the store and they can refund my CC. Turns out they want the physical card to refund. At this point Zagg has already taken almost 7 hrs of my life. Hmm, what to do. Understanding security is important and since both stores are in the same franchise, ill just go back to the logan store since they are owned by the same people and get a refund with the physical card. Guess what... No refund as the worker said that would mess up our store numbers. What???? Same owner, same franchise.... So I ask "Who is the manager, can I get their name?" Hoping to have a reasonable conversation and get this resolved. The reply. "We cant give out that information." This is so frustrating beyond belief. Since I travel intensly and work from a phone, its off to the phone store to get a new phone and apparently I am out $395 as well. Of course I have contested it with my Credit card. Buyer be ware of the Salt Lake and Cache valley Zagg stores. I just cant give them any more time of my life. Consider using "Techy" or "U break I fix"
