  All seemed to be smooth. I checked in on the virtual waiting room, I arrived when it told me it was my turn. Except the door was locked and this urgent care vet was closed for lunch til 4pm on a Sunday afternoon, which would have left me and my stressed out cat to wait outside for 30 minutes. I called, no one answered, left message, no response. Not sure what the disconnect is from the online system and the internal staff, but was disappointed as I’ve kept this place in mind for when I needed it, but I had to use another ER vet.

  So caring,so professional. They actually seems to really care here. Taking care of Amy's pet is never cheap but worth it if you can. Thanks for everything.

  Joined the online waitlist but still waited 2.5hrs to see the provider after getting roomed. They proceeded to try to “check out” before we had even seen the vet. Only a tech came in and gave us instructions for a presumed infection, then when the doctor came in later, he told us that that was totally wrong and that was a Tek council us on is not an option for my dog because they have two super imposed infections. So then they rushed through counseling for An entirely different plan, finally leaving us with a prescription for an antibiotic that they said might be “ hard to find” But at this point, we have been there for so many hours that all of the pharmacies were closed. They said just call around because they didn’t carry this prescription that they were giving us. The next day I called seven different pharmacies, none of which carried the antibiotic that they prescribed us. And despite saying, they were open online, and it being a normal business day, their phone lines were empty, and I finally drove back to the place, and all of their lights were off, and no one was there despite their business saying they were open online. At this point, my dog‘s ear had been infected for a week I’ve spent almost $500 to get them this urgent care appointment, yet the prescription that they gave us was useless because none of the pharmacies carried it, and it would take at least a week to get in and in the meantime, my dog‘s ear infection was only getting worse. Anyway, my only recommendation is to just go to a veterinary emergency department. It costs more, but there are so few veterinary urgent cares, and when you try to stick to one like this, one you end up getting the runaround in a week later, you are $500 out, with still no treatment for your pet and you will end up having to pay the emergency department cost on top of what you already paid for this urgent care. Beware :/

  Our experience was devastating, but the staff were excellent. We were given the time, privacy, and information necessary to decide how to proceed. Dr. Ferreira was direct but compassionate about the reality of our situation. They were able to give our girl some medication to buy her one last day before we could help her pass at home. I will be forever grateful to her and the techs for providing such skilled and compassionate care.

  I liked being able to queue online. We originally had a 6.5 hour wait, after 1.5 hours our wait was 2 hours. We ended up getting there just as we were texted that we were next. We went on a Sunday, pricing was reasonable for pet urgent care, and I believe they did a good job of diagnosing and treating our dog. Thanks!
