DO NOT PARK HERE. Running across the street to jimmy John’s for five minutes and “Parking Solutions” will boot you instantly. We parked for kilby block party and there was NO SIGNAGE at our parking spot. Signs at the entrance were faded and illegible. Total scam. Do better Best Buy.

Best Buy has become my go to for appliances and other electronics. I had never been to this location, but they had a display TV they were clearing out, so it was an unusual situation for me and seemingly them. However, they bent over backwards to find the accessories, package the TV (since they no longer had the box), and to carefully load it in our vehicle. The only issue here is the area. I wouldn't want to send my wife there alone at night.

I came in for a laptop. I walked around the computer section for about 30 minutes while a group of employees stood around chatting. When I finally found a laptop I wanted, a touch screen Chromebook, I asked a worker to come over and go over some info with me, specifically about the touch screen-if he’s heard of it having problems since it’s a touchscreen laptop (not a tablet) etc. I decided with him that I wanted it, there were two options one with more memory and one with less. I asked if the only difference was the memory and he said yes. I bought the lower memory one and left. I get home to set it up and the touch screen doesn’t work… strange. I take it back and they say oh yeah that one doesn’t have a touch screen… okay annoying since I clearly stated I wanted the touch screen one. I told them whatever I’ll pay the difference, none in store or apparently anywhere so I just left with the one I originally bought.

Booked an appointment online to get my phone screen fixed and when they I got there they asked if I wanted to be rescheduled with no further information. No? If I wanted to be rescheduled I would’ve scheduled it. He then tells me his technician left for the day. If your technician left for the day why would you have an appointment available online? If I already had an appointment before hand why was I not informed or called that the appointment needed to be rescheduled

This is to the manager of the store. I went to your store yesterday morning about 11:15 fully intending to purchase a kitchen aide slide in range. Went right to the range that I was interested in. Was there about ten minutes no one approached me at all. Ten minutes not a problem. However ten minutes later, still standing in front of the range on display that I wanted to purchase, one of your associates with an ear plug and a clipboard/paper work in his hands, excused himself to get by me. Other than “excuse me” never even acknowledged me as a customer in need. Three minutes later another associate walked by like I was invisible. Ten minutes later the same associate that had the ear plug in his ear walked by, I was the invisible man. I was in your store for about 35 minutes total. Not one associate acknowledged I was there. I walked out. Later than same evening I went to a Home Depot store and spent just under $2,000 for the gas range that I had done a bunch of research on. I know your associates are busy but one of them could have even said something like “excuse me sir, have you been helped” I probably would have spent my purchase dollars at your store. You get an “F” on even the most rudimentary level of customer service.
