I showed up to wait in line for the new iPhone for work and they gave me a reservation time that secured my phone and told me I could come back later. It was very calm and smooth. I expected it to be similar to Black Friday madness. I appreciate the ease and calm that was brought to the situation.

Charlotte and Olivia completely turned the experience around. They were incredibly patient, validating, and understanding of how frustrating the situation had been. They listened to my concerns, made me feel genuinely heard, and did absolutely everything they could to help resolve the issue. They went above and beyond when I felt like I had completely run out of options. Without them, I would have left extremely upset and dissatisfied, but their kindness and willingness to help completely changed my experience. Charlotte and Olivia absolutely deserve recognition for the incredible customer service they provided!
