  I came to the store to pick up my new MacBook and brought an iPad in for trade and Nikki was wonderful, made the trade-in process a breeze but went beyond your average Apple employee by engaging in personable conversation and carried an air of excitement and genuine interest. Very pleasant experience

  I’m very impressed with James specifically. I was in the store hours prior when a woman told me that in order to get my phone cleaned, I would have to wait for 15 minutes for a 90 minute appointment but when I walked in later in the evening, James came right up to me as soon as I walked in the door with a warm smile and asked me what he can do for me. I asked him about cleaning my phone. He immediately took my phone to the back, cleaned it, and made sure it worked and brought it back out to me within 10 to 15 minutes. He also cleaned the speakers when I didn’t even ask him too

  Genius Bar has never been on time. You schedule an appointment and yet they are always 20-30 mins late before seeing you. So awful and stupid. Try to do it online.

  People working at an Apple Store should understand Apple and have a good education or understanding of how the iPhone works. We checked in had an appointment was told 20 minutes another half hour later another 20 minutes another half hour later and out of 30 minutes we were in the store for two hours and they could not figure out the problem which was a simple beta update the woman helping my husband was terrible customer service . She told him he was going to check something with the Tmobile account and she went to break and never returned they sent over a sales person that just wanted to sell us a phone, but it wasn’t necessary we went to farming station store and fixed the issue in 20 minutes Tops!!

  I recently stopped by to pick up some customized AirPods for my wife after she misplaced her AirPod case. I tried ordering a replacement case but none fit or let alone worked with her set. The new set and case seemed better than her previous ones. She was happy with the AirPods. Also, last Xmas the wife got me an Apple Watch from the place. It works great 👍 no issues with anything. We both loved how quick we can walk in and get seem, get info and how fast we can walk out.
