- MOMadison Olsen6 days ago2.0Maybe they're trying to be innovative, but they forgot that innovation is only helpful if it makes the customer experience better, not worse. In other words, all I needed was a phone charger but due to Apple's innovative no checkout counter design, I stood around for over 10 minutes (after asking someone for help and being told they couldn't but would try to find someone who could) waiting for someone to come swipe my card. Pro tip for a successful store: have a checkout counter.
- PLPeter LJul 14, 20263.0The Apple Store let me down today. I love Apple Products. I own a decent amount of Apple Stock and am a huge fan of the company. I had a cracked screen on my IPad. I drove 45 minutes to this store after making a Genius Bar appointment. I was told that a new screen would cost $499 and was ready to pay that. Unfortunately, I was then told that the store did not have a replacement screen - and neither did any other store in the area. My choice at this point was to buy a new IPad for $1599 or wait for a new screen and drive another 90 minutes round trip. I bought the new IPad - but frankly felt pressured into it. I also wanted to get a new phone screen protector and they didn’t have one. Went to Verizon. Disappointed.

She is super friendly, helpful, and patient. She makes it into such a fun, interactive experience; I learned so many cool tricks from her 🥰 such a pro at leading the class and creating useful takeaways and lovely memories
