  I don't do reviews but today I spoke to an arrogant customer service person. This lady works at the Cricket Wireless in Provo. My account is asking me to pay $80 on a $55 monthly plan. When I called to explain this overcharging problem, she refused to help me or transfer my call. She just repeatedly told me to call the online number or go to a physical store. When I asked for a transfer again, she literally said, 'if you have a problem you need to call or come in store then I can help you.' Absolute bottom-tier customer service. They overcharge you and then refuse to do their jobs to fix it.

  An FYI to Kimberly's boss: She needs more training on customer service. Specifically on greeting customers with a smile, and a "How can I help?" and dealing with the elderly and the homeless with patience and compassion, not rudeness. The way she treated us was quite unbelievable, especially since she's the manager. Also, crying in front of customers and saying "I know you're going to leave me a bad review" is pretty unprofessional.

  My son bought a phone from Kimberly on Friday but it quit working by Sunday. Went in to get a replacement on Monday. Kimberly was the most rude person I have EVER seen in a retail store. (I went with him to see how the exchange would go) She literally told him "You get what you pay for." I asked her if she would try to see if she could make it work. "No. you will need to come back tomorrow." She should be fired for such poor customer service! He still had the box and it was still in new perfect condition, but she refused to exchange or do anything for him. Worst experience ever watching this!!

  Kimberly helped me where some others were not able to. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make my experience switching to cricket a good one.

  Kimberley helped me today, was super helpful and gave me all of my options! Incredibly friendly especially with my kids and grateful for her patience!
