F I N A L L Y I have found a vet I love! I have been to several vet clinics in Utah County and usually left feeling unimpressed. Nothing was bad, but I wanted a place that made me feel welcome, calm, and confident in how my babies would be treated. Gabby and Dr. Berry are WONDERFUL. Kind, warm, knowledgeable and so sweet to Milo. Terri at the front desk is also so kind and easy to talk to. We've found our new vet home 🐾💗

They are so kind. I called to change an appointment, and i am not proud of it but, I wasn’t being nice. The person on the other end of the call kept her cool and remained professional, kind and continued to try and help me even though I didn’t deserve her help or her kindness. Thank you.
Also, i want to shout out the great care my dog receives when he is there. I know some dogs start to shake just walking into the vet, but not mine, and believe it is because of their kindness and genuine care they provide the animals. I trust VCA with his care and I highly recommend.

My dog started having seizures, I was told that Dr Anderson would be great to see. We were at Banfield previously and the care was not great and we discontinued care looking gor a new vet.
Initially we saw Dr Gold because Dr Anderson was out. He was great also.
Axle had 2 more seizures and I booked with Dr Anderson, we could not be more pleased with him.
He called us to check that on our pet over the weekend , starting new seizure medications, he is very kind and listens to all my concerns and gives us the very best information.
I feel my dog is just like my child. And you visit with a doctor for a well child.
Dr Anderson has gone above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend him.

I found VCA Timpanogos Animal Hospital after a very bad experience with a vet closer to home who told me I would not be able to be in the room when it was time to let my sweet cat pass on. It was a longer drive to the hospital in Pleasant Grove but well worth it. From my first contact with them over the phone the entire staff could not have been more compassionate and caring. Our cat had been diagnosed with kidney failure. When we brought him in, the doctor examined him and confirmed the diagnosis. Unlike the other vet who would not let us in the room when they were giving the subq fluid infusions, the doctor and Seveya not only let us be there, but taught us how to administer the infusion ourselves and sent us home with the supplies. The staff followed up with us after the appointment to see how things were going. A few months later, when it was time to say that final goodbye this past week, we were heartbroken. I called Wed to make the appointment and they got us in Thursday morning. They let us wait out in the car when we arrived and brought us in through the back to the euthanasia room. I can't remember the name of the sweet staff member who brought me back to the room (a lot of the day was a blur) but she was so compassionate and gently listened as I talked about my cat through flowing tears - about how he came to be part of our family, how he loved his walks, and how he would sleep by my desk as I worked each day. She made sure we were comfortable and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes. When it was time, she and Seveya came back in and let me hold him as they prepared the final injection. It's clear why VCA Timpanogos has such a good rating - they care about the pets that come to see them and they care about the families that love those pets.
I will not be returning to this location. the Vets are unethical and crooks. as my dog is entering old age i have recently been visiting this vca location. in june 2026 I saw one of their travelling/part time vets and he was able to help with an ear hematoma during our visit he performed other basic checks and exams. he asked questions about my dogs diet, exercise, health history, bowel movements, etc. which was all normal at the time. it was a great visit in June.
in the past couple days my dog has developed a UTI. he has been showing the signs of urinating more frequently, had an accident in the home, a lot of water intake, and i tested his ph levels with an at home test. the test results were +++. I called vs Timpanogos this morning asking the price and availability to have x-rays/ultra-sounds performed to rule out Bladder stones or something more serious that would show up on the x-rays. the receptionist voiced that i had not seen one of their full time Vets in over a year that I would have to pay for an evaluation of $108 before moving forward.(that is red flag #1) we had a conversation about my visit in June. Since the Vet I saw in June was not one of their normal vets and I did not have a conversation about UTI's at that time the consultation fee applys. am i suppose to predict my dogs future healthcare needs? (that is red flag #2) why are they not honoring the part time vets time with my dog and I? do they not trust him? do they not work was a team. (that is red flag #3) the process in which this clinic works is pay them the consult fee of $108 so they can tell you what you already know regarding your dogs UTI.
x-rays might be $400-800+. VCA Timpanogos feels that it is necessary to add $108 on top of that because I hadn't seen them in 3 months.
