  Some of the worst and most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen! Sorry in advance for the long review, but this was a crazy experience and I am hoping to help others avoid the same issue. It looks like other reviewers may have had similar issues with the blond woman at this store. My sister went in a few weeks before a trip to get an international plan. The salesperson (bleached blondish hair with darker skin) had my sister upgrade her plan and told her she would receive a text with further instructions when she arrived at her destination. When she arrived at her destination, her phone did not work and there was no text, so I went to back to the store today and the woman there (the same one who “helped” my sister), said we needed to turn on roaming and, when that did not work, that we needed to contact customer service. When I tried to get clarification on whether my sister had a plan that would work internationally, the saleswoman just kept repeating that my sister needed to contact customer service, so I said, “you already told me that and the phone is not working, so I will leave as I’m just wasting my time here” and I walked out. She then followed me out to my car to show me texts on her phone from her “friend” that said the plan should work. It was really weird and uncomfortable that she chased me down to show me personal texts. She acted like I should just agree that everything was resolved since the plan supposedly worked for a random friend of hers. She then said my sister would need to pay extra (either $10 a day or $25 for 5 days) for a “passport” to use her phone internationally. She had NOT told my sister that at the time she upgraded her plan. When I pointed that out she got very defensive and a little aggressive and then eventually went back inside. I decided Cricket and the manager of the store would probably want to know about these shady sales practices and the odd behavior from the woman, so I went back into the store to ask for her name and her manager's information. At that point she started videoing me! It was surreal. She was the one who had followed me out to my car and then when I (very calmly) went back in to ask for her manager’s information SHE started videoing ME. Ultimately, she would not give me her name or her manager’s contact information and instead went into the back room did not come back out. So hopefully the manager reads this review. The salesperson was a blond woman with an accent, working on June 24. The other person working there – a young man - was perfectly nice – no complaints about him. If the blond woman is the manager, then hopefully Cricket shuts down this store or puts it under new management. We have been Cricket customers for years, but will be switching to a new phone provider to avoid having to deal with this store.

  Went in for a new phone, I’ve been with Cricket for a decade. Patricia was amazing and helped me with payment options, with this being a “broken phone emergency” 😂 She answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable and friendly! Super happy with her service, 10/10!

  I went into the Orem store a few weeks ago and i had the worst experience ever! Sell rep with blonde hair didn’t know what she was doing. She was super rude and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to her manager and she said the store manager was her. Unbelievable that they have management that is not capable of doing their job. She seemed as if she was brand new sell rep that didn't know what she was doing. As soon as my bill pay is over i will be canceling my lines. And i will be going to an actual provider that trains their staff to be helpful and resourceful.
