  We were referred to Zagg by the rep at our AT&T store to repair the speaker in one phone and replace the screen savers on two phones. Oscar was very friendly and attentive from the minute we walked through the door, and took very good care of us. We will definitely go to them for all of our mobile accessory needs and repairs, and refer friends to them as well.

  I went here yesterday for help with a phone issue. The guy took my phone, looked through it for about 5 minutes, picked through apps and gave it back to me saying he couldn't find a problem. Afterwords I found an "n" on my screen in the upper right corner. Not knowing what it was I googled it. An app called NFC and Contactless Payments had been turned on. I was able to get it turned off. I suspect it was the employee since no one else had any access to my phone. Also, later that day my husband and myself received advertisements for Zagg services and sales on our messages saying that we had signed up for ads and sales at Zaggs. Absolutely untrue. I hadn't given him my name and I certainly didn't give him my husband's name. The employee could have only gotten my husband's phone number off of my phone. As a senior (77) my advice is.......be careful. The guy was extremely rude through my entire conversation with him.

  I didn’t actually get anything done here, but I had called to see what it would cost to get my microphones repaired after my phone suffered water damage. Instead of taking my money and replacing the microphones, the lady I spoke with on the phone was honest with me about the fact that she believed if water damage was involved that I should get a new phone, because the damage could keep spreading. I appreciate the honesty and she was very friendly and helpful! I respect the way they do business.

  I was at the store on 12th St. in Ogden, Utah, my phone would not take a charge, the person at the front desk greeted Was very friendly and positive that he could fix our phone, we waited about 15 minutes, he cleaned the Phone connection and we were on our way within 15 minutes, the service was great, the people behind the counter did a great job. I would definitely refer people to go there. Thank you, Randy.

His work was impeccable. I was pleased to pay for the services rendered and relieved to avoid the inconvenience of waiting for replacement protectors. I highly recommend visiting this location and utilizing ZAGG products to safeguard electronic devices like cell phones.
