  I had a great experience at ZAGG today. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Earlier this morning, I went to another phone repair store because my battery needed to be replaced. Instead of helping me, they immediately tried to sell me a new phone. I was so relieved when I came to ZAGG and they were able to replace my battery. The customer service was excellent, and they did a great job with the repair. It’s refreshing to find a place that’s honest, knowledgeable, and focused on fixing the problem rather than pushing a new purchase. I highly recommend ZAGG for Apple repairs!

  Had my screen replaced here and the initial job was fine. The kid behind the counter seemed less than confident which left me aprehensive. A week later the adhesive used to reseal my back plate failed and it was very loose. I go in again and request a back plate reseal, the lady behind the counter replaces it completely, which is nice. She cant seem to quite get the panel to line up with the frame. I accept that my back panel is now somewhat loose around the edges and just move on. One week after THAT, my camera fails. My assumption is the image sensor got dust in it from the loose back plate.Now im out of a camera and a repair will cost even more. Will not be going back.
