They have a 7 day return policy and when I tried to exchange the phone I purchased on first visit for a different phone the employee Pablo refused to help me. He first Told me that he didn't have enough money in the register to refund my money. I told him I wanted to exchange it for a different model. He then told me I had to come back and talk to the person who sold me the phone. By the time he worked again and I would be able to make it back there the 7 days time frame would be over. Now I am stuck with a phone that I hate. I will be changing my service now.
