  I went in asked a simple question about a computer it was more expensive than I thought. I asked a boy that worked there and he said well there is a thing called Ai and fake media. And did a very careless apology for it not being the price I thought it was. So disrespect and unfortunately didn’t even think to get it after being treated that way. So disappointing and disrespectful.

  I have always had a bad experience at this store and tried to avoid this place as much as I could. Today I came in and Adam helped me out. He was very patient with me, even though I was frustrated and unhappy. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. I wish all of the staff were like him . If I ever go back there , I will definitely ask for adam .

  Their 'greet' staff is completely unhelpful / non existent on Sundays. They weren't simply greeting or getting people checked in / directing them to other workers who could help with what they needed, they were off busy with another group the whole time. I walked in, not a person available to help me. I had to interrupt a worker helping someone else just to ask if I could be be helped. Then I stood for several minutes, nothing until I interrupted another worker who fortunately stopped to help me. There's no accountability for walk ins who need help. No one at the front directing people to where they can get help because those staff are gone helping others too. Hire more staff please. Oh also, after I got checked in, it was a 2.5 hour wait if not longer, just to be seen. Completely unfair. You should be open for more hours and have 2 or more shifts, I bet the people could use the jobs. We could use the customer service help. Utah population has exploded in the last 10 years yet apple stores here have not increased.

  Terrible support and zero product quality. Back in December, my iPhone had screen and Face ID issues, which Apple repaired under warranty. In March, the general warranty expired, and just a few months later, the phone completely died due to a motherboard failure ('brain problem'). Apple now washes their hands, claiming they can't do anything because it's out of warranty, completely ignoring that they were the ones who opened and handled the device just months ago. To make matters worse, two weeks ago the exact same thing happened with my AirPods, which failed just days after their warranty expired. Their components simply do not last. I will never trust this brand again.

  My fiancée and I came here after calling into customer support. Customer support recommended to come into an Apple Store to further troubleshoot the issue and set an appointment. We got to the appointment on time, but the person we were supposed to meet with was late. Finally after waiting 20- 30 after the appointment time he finally gets to us and it was not a busy day keep in mind. When he gets to us, the first thing he tells us to contact phone provider without even troubleshooting and declined to hear any of the recordings we made to prove the issue. We told him we already checked our service provider and there are no issues on their end and, we already spoke with Apple customer support. They told us it needed to be tested in an Apple Store to see if it’s a device issue. The rep sounded annoyed to do his job but, he ran tests on both our phones and determined no issues on either phone. He didn’t have any resolution other than call Tmobile or send my fiancée’s phone in where she won’t have a phone for a week even though her phone is still under warranty. My fiancée left a one star review on the post appointment Apple survey and opted to have management call her back regarding the lack of service. Still have not heard anything back and it’s been at least two weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!
