  If I could give this store a 0 star rating, I would. Customer service is non-existent at this store. Employees will do everything they can to avoid providing adequate and timely assistance. Even with having an appointment, you’re expected to wait at least 30-45 minutes before someone will even acknowledge that you’re standing the queue. Even when the employees are available for assistance, they treat you in the most demeaning and condescending manner. Best to avoid this location at all costs.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Apple Fashion Place. I worked with an employee who had only been there for about a week, and he failed to properly back up my phone through iCloud. As a result, I lost an entire month of extremely important photos and videos that I needed for my business. At the end, another employee wiped my phone, and everything was gone with no way to recover it. I trusted Apple to handle my data safely, and I’m incredibly upset and disappointed with how this was handled.

  Went to go buy the new phone yesterday, guy running the line was insanely rude, I then was set up with this guy who was really nice but had no clue what was going on, had to keep going and asking someone else. He then said that I could do a payment plan if I had the Apple Card, so I applied and got it, then immediately tells me that I still can’t do the payment plan because I didn’t have one of the 3 carriers the deal is for.. like cool now I have a new credit card I didn’t want… other staff were helpful and nice but jeeze what a mess.

  I'm not surprised with so many 1 Star Ratings. I'm a disabled veteran, with only 1/2 of my left foot remaining and missing two toes on my right foot. Needless to say, standing and walking are not easy. I went down to the Fashion Place Apple store tonight 9/22 and waited in a short line to talk to the Apple Rep. Once to him I explained that I had bought an Apple Ultra Watch online, but wanted to see if I could pick it up the watch tonight and cancel the online order. "Sure" I was told, then was told to wait around for 45 minutes and we'll get you in line. I waited, he asked me again what I was there for, told him again, the same story, cancel my online order and pick it up tonight, since they had them in stock. Now I wait again, 30 minutes and finally get called in to a sales rep. Now I explain a 3rd time my story, the rep says, nope you can't do that. I ask for the manage, apparently its the same rep I spoke to outside the store. "Oh you said you just wanted to buy one", he said. "No I explained to you in detail about already buying one and wanting to cancel that order and pick it up today. He then basically called me a liar, that I didn't explain I wanted to cancel my online order. I waited, on bad feet for over 90 minutes because the store manager didn't listen to me. Think I'll head downtown on my next experience with Apple.

  We showed up at the store wanting to trade in an iPhone. They told us to come back with a return time. There were two lines and when we first checked in to get the return time they would not let us enter the waiting line that had 2 other people in it. After our two hour wait time we came back to check in and they were letting everyone wait in this line making us wait another hour and a half. They didn’t care about the return time at all. The way the return time is managed is terrible. Plan to wait another hour and a half when you get to the store.
