  Omg…we came here because it had a better rating than other stores but they kept providing incorrect information, did not answer our clarifying questions and we spent over an hour here… Also did not clearly explain or show us the plan before we signed anything and kept taking my husband’s phone and was sending chats on his previous provider’s app? Which was not needed. Very confusing experience…and we do not recommend this place.

  The first time I went into this location a woman was there at the time and she was incredibly rude and very clearly undertrained, so I left and got everything figured out over the phone. Then having a little faith I went back in tonight and there was a man working with a worse attitude then the woman by acting like we were an inconvenience and kept scoffing and laughing the whole time while I was just trying to make adjustments to my phone plan. He wasn't very helpful and also undertrained, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Save yourself some time and don't bother going to this location 🤷🏽🤣

  Best customer service! Lorena is a great person super friendly and kind, she gives the best customer service and she knows what she’s doing. I will continue visiting this location from now on

  To be honest, I haven't been to a Cricket store in my life. I chose this store because it's close to my work and I have heard it's cheap. I didn't expect anything other than getting a phone for work, and a headache from the process. HOWEVER, from the moment that I arrived to the time that I left was so much more than I anticipated. Amanda the area Manager was so fast, friendly and efficient. She was training Joy, who is also amazing by the way..and to top it off, we ended up networking in regards to our businesses. I can't even express how much I appreciate this experience, especially these days.
