We had the smoothest bike purchase ever for my 12 year old, from finding the right size and model, to hitting the trail. I came back with my back and some crank issues... and in 1/2 hour went from thinking I was in for replacement cost and downtime, to being out the door riding again. Thanks Mike, we will for sure be purchasing our next bikes here.

- GBGeorge BennettMar 7, 20265.0There are so many things to love about our local Trek service. 1) They are always excited to see you. 2) Even when I come in unannounced with a potential little issue, they literally drop everything, put the bike on the stand and take a quick look. Often they can get you on your way in minutes but sometimes it may take an hour but the situation is addressed faster than you can get your bike in the door. 3) The service techs are incredibly well trained so I have no concerns with anything they do or suggest. I have a vintage bike but it never bothers them, bike is perfect when done. 4) The prices are incredibly reasonable for the repairs done but you get the amazing service as a bonus. I tell all my friends and never even consider going elsewhere for my bikes. Thanks!
