  I am so pissed about the terrible service I received today. I broke my phone screen, waited about a week for the appointment. Get there, wait around for AN HOUR for them to tell me “yep! your phone sure is broken! $29 to repair, but we can’t do it :/“ like???? I knew the phone screen was broken? Why was the appointment scheduled if they didn’t have the parts for the repair. I took the bus to get to the store and now I have to take a 2 hour bus ride to “drop my phone off” at a different location. Complete waste of my day and no one seems to care about the terrible “help” I received. It’s my fault for breaking my phone even though I pay coverage for repairs!

  I am confused about the process at this place. I buy my phone online for in-store pick up. I select a time where I’m going to come pick it up. However, I then walk in check-in, wait 30 minutes for someone else to come by and ask while I’m there Even though they have my name and what I’m there to pick upand then wait again for someone else to bring out the phone? I believe they get the same training as the Starbucks barista

  The release for the new iPhone was an absolute shitshow. Scheduled appointments for no reason just to wait an extra 2 hours to get my phone. The only bright spot that makes this review get all the stars is their worker named Camille. She was phenomenal and very polite. You could tell she enjoyed her job and was passionate about it. You need more workers like her and not the overwhelming amount of chuds that are usually there.

  I waited for over 30 mins before walking out of the store. They helped me set up an appointment that was scheduled for 5-10 mins from being scheduled and no one showed up to help. I watched new people walk in and be helped with Tech support before me and I had already been waiting for 30 mins. Ridiculous, I walked out without being helped or acknowledged. Terrible terrible service.

  Received an email to pick up my Apple product. Head there and they couldn’t locate it by name or phone number. Luckily I had the QR code. I didn’t wait long but they gave me my MacBook and didn’t even provide a bag to put it in and sent me on my way. Customer service wasn’t great nor was it good. Just looks super sketchy with just the box heading out. Other Apple stores in other states I’ve gone to at least provide that. Just didn’t sit well.
