  This was going to be a 1 star review but thanks to Vinny I bumped it way up. The Apple Store gets a 1 star and Vinny gets 10 stars! I waited for over an hour to get my iMac diagnosed and my MacBook Pro back from a repair. Vinny made it right and showed some real care and incredible customer service. He gave me honest advice and helped solve a huge problem! Thanks Vinny!

  I’m from Wyoming and this store is the closet to me to get help for my Apple products. I was sure to make an appointment the night before and have everything ready. I even arrived 15 mins early… I waited an hour and a half, asking multiple times when I’d be helped and having multiple people who walked in 30 mins after I did be helped while I still waited. Needless to say I left and still don’t have a fully functioning phone, but this store could have cared less.

  This place is terrible. Came in from out of state with an appointment. Wasted an hour of my time. Never got seen. Just empty promises. If this is how bad Apple stores are I’m done supporting them and their products.

  We had the intention of buying two laptops and an apple pen. Customer service was actively unhelpful and they lost the sale. Eye contact was avoided, and we struggled to find the products we were shopping for. Both door greeters were looking down and picking at their nails. We felt judged and overlooked. Horrible experience

  I waited for over an hour just to get help with my headphones, which turned out to be defective. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I came in expecting a quick resolution to the problem, but I ended up waiting for more than an hour. Nobody even bothered to ask who I was or why I was there. I had made an appointment, and my appointment time had long passed. It wasn’t until I personally went up and asked why I had been waiting so long and when a specialist would be available that I was told, “just a couple more minutes.” After that, I waited another half hour. Overall, the customer service experience was extremely poor and disrespectful. Nobody seemed to care who you were or why you were there, and there was absolutely no respect for a customer’s time.
