  Dr.Barney is truly the best! He is so empathetic, realistic, and knowledgeable. I have two bulldogs and I wouldn’t take them to anyone else.

  I put my dog down here and it was the worst place to do it. I highly recommend not putting your dog down with them. The nurse that was putting my dog down was not very sincere with her when she was dying. She didn’t even ask if I was ready for the second shot to actually put her to sleep. So many more things happened that made me so angry with this visit. Some nurses were nice but the one that put my dog down was not the nurse to do the job.

  I needed to make a last minute appointment for my bunny. They were able to see him the same day and schedule my lil guy for surgery the next day. So kind, thoughtful, professional, and extremely thorough. ❤️

  I have brought my cat there a few times for vet visits- they were amazing, got great care for my baby. The thing I am giving a one star review for is their cat boarding. I left town for five days for a wedding, and after two days I made the decision to have a friend pick him up because the experience was so traumatic for my cat. I dropped him off after upgrading to the premium level so I would get a daily update and picture of my cat, and the first update I got was that he hadn’t eaten or used the bathroom at all. Fine, he’s probably nervous, I’ll check in tomorrow. The next day I got another message that he still hadn’t eaten or used the bathroom at all. At this point I decided to call, where I was informed that he actually had used the bathroom, he urinated all over himself. I was upset and asked follow up questions. He had not been let out of the kennel they put him in for two days and was basically left alone. He was not given the treats I left for him or brushed (which he loves) until I called back and said that I was having him picked up the next day by a friend. After that they sent me all sorts of pictures of him being pet and given treats. I was told that he would receive one on one attention and playtime and that he would get time outside of his kennel, and that was not the experience he got. He was terrified the entire time and they did not take the time to help him settle in and let him urinate in himself twice and only decided to inform me of that when I was very concerned that he hadn’t used the bathroom. I did request that a vet tech look over him because he ate and drank very little and they said that could be accommodated but I never received any update as to if that happened. I am very disappointed in the treatment my cat received and I am considering taking his vet visits elsewhere due to this incident. My family dog does boarding here and is treated very well, it is just the cat boarding that is like this.
