  I have brought my cat there a few times for vet visits- they were amazing, got great care for my baby. The thing I am giving a one star review for is their cat boarding. I left town for five days for a wedding, and after two days I made the decision to have a friend pick him up because the experience was so traumatic for my cat. I dropped him off after upgrading to the premium level so I would get a daily update and picture of my cat, and the first update I got was that he hadn’t eaten or used the bathroom at all. Fine, he’s probably nervous, I’ll check in tomorrow. The next day I got another message that he still hadn’t eaten or used the bathroom at all. At this point I decided to call, where I was informed that he actually had used the bathroom, he urinated all over himself. I was upset and asked follow up questions. He had not been let out of the kennel they put him in for two days and was basically left alone. He was not given the treats I left for him or brushed (which he loves) until I called back and said that I was having him picked up the next day by a friend. After that they sent me all sorts of pictures of him being pet and given treats. I was told that he would receive one on one attention and playtime and that he would get time outside of his kennel, and that was not the experience he got. He was terrified the entire time and they did not take the time to help him settle in and let him urinate in himself twice and only decided to inform me of that when I was very concerned that he hadn’t used the bathroom. I did request that a vet tech look over him because he ate and drank very little and they said that could be accommodated but I never received any update as to if that happened. I am very disappointed in the treatment my cat received and I am considering taking his vet visits elsewhere due to this incident. My family dog does boarding here and is treated very well, it is just the cat boarding that is like this.

  Dr. Barney is incredible. My dog was attacked last night, and he fit her in for surgery this morning. He has incredible bedside manner and explains things in a way you can understand easily. And the bill was exactly what he said it would be. The staff has always treated me and my dog like royalty, and I would recommend the center to anybody.

  Just had to come on and leave a review for Dr. Barney and his staff. The vet is a traumatic place for both my reactive dog and myself and they made the experience so easy and gentle! Dr. Barney showed so much sympathy towards my pup and was so eager to help in any way he could. So impressed, thank you all!

  Our dog, Saka, loves the VCA Willow Creek. Whenever we turn into the parking lot, he puts his head out the window and is excited to see everyone. He has especially LOVED puppy socialization with Kris every Saturday morning! He can run around and play with all the dogs. Kris is very attentive and makes sure to correct any bad behavior. An overall great place and would recommend it to everyone.

  My dogs love coming to Puppy Preschool with Harleigh and Puppy Socialization with Kris. The trainers treat my dogs with kindness and respect. Abby and Max have become so much more confident. Whenever we pull up in the parking lot, my dogs are so excited.
