Long story short, I live in Las Vegas and came here for a week for work to help train someone. Ended up dropping and breaking my phone entering the hotel room when I got here.. looked for a place that could fix it, came across them, and went in. Ty and the lady that was working with him the day of my arrival was beyond helpful and understanding. They did what they could to help the situation to have a fantastic outcome of fixing my phone. I thank them dearly.

These franchise and corporate locations need to align their policies. If a store doesn’t have a product in stock and I need to order it online under the warranty, the installation should be covered. Corporate and the franchisee should collaborate to resolve this issue. Furthermore, please refrain from saying, “I’ll make an exception to install your [corporate warranty] screen, but if something goes wrong with the installation, we won’t replace it.” This was said by the General Manager. The GM Was not friendly or inviting. I’m hesitant to return to this store. Another issue is that I still have to pay at least $12 every time I need to have it replaced in-store. I paid for the best screen they had, only for it to be out of stock twice out of three times I’ve visited. As a result, I settle for a lower-quality screen because I need the protection for my phone. As a first responder, I’m particularly hard on my phone, so I thought the lifetime replacement would be worth it. However, I’ve already spent more on three screen protectors in the last two months than I would have on nine protectors from Amazon.
