I have to update my review I'm just going to get straight to the point cricket employees have been the worst people I've ever had to deal with. First off in mesquite I went to the store and waited two and a half hours for employee to show up and he never even open the store that day I'm bluff the employee refused to look at the back of the price taxes the price tags on the front and back one shows the price of the bundle one shows a price without a bundle the employer refused to look at the price without the bundle absolutely refuse. Location in cedar City I tried to bring my phone in for a return whereas this has been 8 hours I had this phone employee insistedce there was a scratches on the phone I asked everybody out there I'm running to to find the scratch on my phone nobody can find the scratch but the boy found two of them somehow there's absolutely not any scratches it still does not have any scratches what is it I just like I'm trained unprofessionals I suggest avoiding cricket s customer service if you want to create a phone go to the store in Washington Utah big experience there every time all I want when I'm walking to the cricket store I expect the cricket employees to know their prices and have some customer service skills. That's all.. at least I have been with cricket for over 2 years cricket did respond to my review everything changed for me I will follow up and fix this
