  I have not once been satisfied with Cricket. The employee at the location does the best they can with what they have (I'll add 1star for that) but the company tries to run everything on the absolute bare minimum. The service is the worst I've ever had. They use T-Mobile towers but Cricket users are last priority. This means that the more people are near you, the more likely you'll have zero service. When they switched to 5g, they forced me to get one of their terrible white listed phones. This is a scam. They claim that the special software on those phones is required but it's not true. They just want you to have to buy from them and their partners. I found better service with Mint Mobile for less than half the price and I'm now able to use my phone of choice and I never lose service anymore. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with Cricket and I'm disappointed that I wasted so much money on their awful phone plan.

  I needed my phone to be repaired, and they were awesome. The experience was so good, the only negative was that I had to pay for repairs at the end! Ha ha. 😁 Nick Painter was the tech that helped me out. My phone looked perfect when done, like it was a new phone! Nick even took the time to explain the parts of my phone, answer my technical questions, and even did some software adjustments to help me out. On top of this, it was done A LOT FASTER THAN EXPECTED. I went in, expecting it to take forever, and have quality issues that would force me to come back. INSTEAD, IT WAS GREAT!!! It was so good, I called people I knew had phone issues, and told them to come to this store for their repairs. I was really impressed. A frustrating experience of a broken phone repair was actually a good experience, and changed my perception of Sprint.

  Very friendly and they know what they are talking about the only downside is call if your looking for a screen protector haha no sense in going all the way down there to not find what you need. Other than that they can set you up pretty good
