  Happy to make a sale, but don't expect customer service or support. Delivery is a joke, waiting since 830 am cst. Now 2 pm cst. Customer service is in Panama City, hahahah can't help at all. I've been hand washing dishes for 2 weeks because 1st dishwasher didn't drain. Bring manufacturing back to the USA and get an English speaking call center.

  It get service right when you walk in the door to point you in the right direction but you usually have to wait while the person that's going to help you help someone else first

  I went in to buy an iPhone and was told it is Best Buy's policy that they WON'T SELL an iPhone 17 Pro Max to me unless I am using one of their preferred carriers. To be clear, I asked to pay for (not finance) a product they had in the store that they advertised as being available for sale and they refused to sell it to me unless I agreed to bind myself to one of their preferred carriers for a 2-year contract. Literally the last time I'll walk in a Best Buy. That type of blatant money grab is more than disrespectful to customers.

  Apparently they have a weird policy with open box items were they’re allowed to make up serial numbers. I tried returning an open box iPad and was essentially accused of trying to return the wrong item due to the fake serial number they entered. Took about 20 minutes until a manager that knew what was going on resolved the issue and explained what happened. Train your employees better please.
