- SSSilvia2 days ago1.0Muy mal servicio, las viejas de ahí te ponen mala cara y te quieren afuerza vender algo que no quieres y te ponen mala cara y contestan mal , aparte que me vendieron un celular que desde un principio falló y apenas tengo poco de haberlo comprado y no sirve ya el celular y lo que pasó es que seguro me vendieron un celular que no sirve o no saben cómo activar bien los celulares , pero esa gente que trabajan ahí no sirven, aparte de que tratan muy mal a los clientes., así que si quieren comprar celular mejor vayan a otro lugar donde los empleados sepan lo que están haciendo y te traten mejor.

I've been with Cricket since 2022 and always paid my bill on time, but because of how I was treated, I switched to Total Wireless. Staff was disrespectful not only to me but to other customers too. They really need better employees here. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

When I entered, another customer was already complaining, and after speaking with the representative, I understood why. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management should consider changing the staff and improving customer service.😴
