  The first time I visited this location I was met with "I do not want to be here at work attitude". When I walked up to the desk I had already purchased a cricket phone and was attempting to get the phone switched over. The whole time I was there the employees were more talking amongst each other. I was a server, bartender, retail worker, and automobile tech. When working with the public in customer service you are supposed to be friendly and happy. I gave the service I always treated the customers or clients how I would like to be treated or my family treated. I was told everything they couldn't do, i asked could they call customer service drea the manager told me no they will just tell you what i am telling you, but nothing about help. I had to leave to get my other phone and was told upon exiting they would be closing early even though the store is not supposed to close until 8pm. I followed up the next day was still greeted and treated with the same energy. If I was asked to go back to this specific location avoid at all cost.i do not know this specific locations store number but it should be all ZERO's!!!!!!!
