The store employee said there wasn't anything they could do about it, so for 6 months I haven't been able to access my account. This month, they didn't autodraft our account, they cut off our service, and the store employee refused to do anything to help. The number is only automated and there is no way to move forward or speak to a person. The employee refused to help at all and instead watched videos on her phone. Cricket is garbage, time to switch companies.

Then we went today close to 1 pm, again within office hours, but again the doors were locked and the lights shut off. This was extremely inconvenient and we had to drive 5 miles further to a different location.
