  OMG! I just left cricket and Laisha H. was great. I haven’t had good service like this in a while and honestly, when entering the store, I wasn’t in the best mood, but by the time I left from my interactions with Laisha, her care for the customers, her patience, her kindness and willingness to help and go above and beyond was everything that helped to make my day better. Workers like her make you want to tell others freely about a company and their quality of service. You made this Mothers day better! Thank you.

  I stopped into the store on 4/12/2026 at around 3pm with my daughter. My daughter has been unable to set up her voicemail. The woman behind the counter worked on her phone for about ten minutes and said her voicemail is set up. I called my daughter's number and there was no option to leave a voicemail. She worked on her phone for another 5 minutes. Another man came in whom I presume to be her boyfriend because he placed a drink in front of her. She then told me again that the voicemail was set up. I called my daughter's number again and it's still not set up which I explained to the woman. She got rude at this point and told me it's not a cricket problem. Apparently she just wanted to hang out with her friend on the clock rather than escalate the situation to someone who can help me. At this point I got frustrated and left with my daughter.
