  I had a really great experience with Kelli Fillip, DVN, and the entire staff. Everyone was extremely kind, caring, patient, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Kelli took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding my kitten, Syrie, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She was very gentle, informative, and compassionate, which made me feel much more comfortable and reassured during the visit. You can truly tell that the staff genuinely cares about the animals and their owners. They treated Syrie with so much kindness and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and overall positive atmosphere throughout the visit. I highly recommend Kelli Fillip, DVN, and the entire team to anyone looking for a veterinary office that is caring, attentive, and compassionate with pets. Thank you all again for taking such good care of Syrie! 💗

  Worst vet in town. The incompetence is on another level. It cost me $580.00 for 2 dogs heartworm and flea exam. Well only 1 dog got the flea treatment because they forgot to do the other 1. Now im supposed to take off and bring the 1 dog in again. I asked them to do a house call and the lady vet says they won't do that. Mistakes are easily made when you dont have to fix them. A complete failure.

  Scary just happened. I just picked up what was supposed to be apoquel a 60 day supply for our dog's allergies. Come to find out we were given the wrong prescription the only way we knew that is when we opened the bottle the pills were so much different then what was given to her before. Have no idea what was in that bottle but it was wrong. We got the correct pills but still had we not checked who knows what would've happened.

  Nice clinic, friendly Vet & techs. The Vet was very thorough with our dog's first exam. We were very pleased with his first grooming here.
