Retail workers seem to be very racist. We have been waiting for almost an hour, and checked in before others. Literally the only black person here waiting to be seen, and yet they’re skipping over me & calling every white person…. Even if they just walked in. I asked a few if they had reservations and they stated no, they’re just walk-ins ! Definitely don’t recommend coming to this location if you’re a person of color. I’m still here currently WAITING ! 07-07-2026 5:04pm

The customer service is terrible primarily witnessed by myself from the manager Doug, who firmly reminded a group of sweet darker skinned baby boomers who appeared to be united in some sort of relational transaction that " He did not have all day to answer all these questions and he did not have all day to attend to every concern they seem to needed help to address because if Apple was paying me better, then I would have more time but I need to check y'all out and get y'all out the store quickly!" The male then stated, " What do you mean? We are customers, and who is your manager, I would like to speak to him in kind words of concern for not just him but other people." Doug then stated, "What do you mean, I am the manager!" I was speechless. I felt Doug was discriminating against this couples lack of knowledge and did not have soft communication skills to actually meet their needs and they walked away with their head hanging low and appeared to be sad as they exited the store that day. I hope their day improved because kindness matters in this world to everyone no matter age or ability to process this world whom they are doing their best to keep up with and I personally was proud to see them proudly representing their culture with pride and being brave to ask for help in todays world and to not allow Dougs attitude to affect how they treated him.

Drove a long way to replace a battery, I have a 14 pro so battery is behind the screen not in the back, that’s the only reason I came, if was in the back I would have replace it myself, they wouldn’t replace they battery cause back glass is broken, they did offer me new iPhone, so If I can’t come to the brand to fix a simple battery and need to go 3rd party what’s this brand good for? My frustration is because if you don’t know how to perform a service just don’t make people waste time traveling for trying selling unwanted products.

They are an extremely difficult store to locate from the outside of The Woodlands Mall. I have been there twice, and both times I parked way too far out of the way to get to the store timely. This evening I walked a total of 2 miles to get to the store, and then to get back to my car, they need more signage on the outside of Woodland's Mall to let people know where the Apple Store is really located. GPS is not good. It tells you to drive around the Woodland Circle Ring. Well, all you do is run around in circles. So they should put some signage on the outside of the building that is closest to the entry to the Apple Store.

It’s your typical Apple Store. You will wait a long time to get helped, and you can only get helped by the person who works in your area of interest. Whatever you do, don’t buy the screen protector that they will tell you is replaceable for free. The “free replaceable screen protector” will cost you $10 to have it shipped to you. Mine lasted one month and one day. My $40 screen protector will now cost me $50. (Instead I’m cutting my losses and taking my chances with Amazon’s 3 for $10.)
