  Brandon was awesome. We came here to purchase new phones and he was super helpful from the beginning, even helped us out by staying late to put on new screen protectors and made sure there were no bubbles. Great experience overall!

  I visited the store yesterday morning and encountered an way older female staff member whose name I didn't catch. Unfortunately, she was quite unhelpful and unwilling to assist me with purchasing a phone, displaying behavior that I found quite unprofessional.

  Really an awful experience. RJ sat on his phone rather than helping customers. The store manager defended RJ's behavior and was dismissive of any and all complaints. This is not acceptable behavior in any store, especially not Apple, and especially not in the Woodlands. Never go here!

  9 hours (at least) and three trips to get screen fixed under Apple Care. Now we are told issues are resolved, but need to wait to hand someone our phone to start repair. Then have to come back in an hour or two. Meanwhile multiple Apple employees sitting and standing around taking to each other. I just asked them if they could. No they are managers.
