  Today I walked into the store and was not greeted at all. The employee working was on her phone texting the entire time I was there. She handed me the iPad to enter my PIN, and while I was doing that, she stayed on her phone. I actually had to tell her myself when I was done entering the PIN because she wasn’t paying attention. She was also not informative about what she was doing. She simply looked at the device and said it was locked and that nothing could be done. I informed her that the device was through AT&T and that many AT&T devices are still compatible even if they show as “locked.” I ended up going to another Cricket location, and they connected my device with no issue at all. Overall, I did not feel welcomed, and her tone and customer service were unprofessional.

  The service I received today at the cricket wireless store in Terrell was excellent the customer service attendant Anita had all the answers paid attention and was very detailed oriented and I think she deserves a raise thank you

  Anita is amazing. I walked in needing 2 lines. I end up leaving with 3. I normally shop online. But today I went into store. I am very pleased with her customer service. Highly recommended.

  Anita is awesome! We were on the road traveling when hubby's crapped out. Stopped by for a new phone but Anita managed to fix his. Thanks Anita!
