  I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dunkelberger and the entire team at VCA! Even though we needed a last-minute appointment, they fit us in seamlessly. Dr. Dunkelberger took the time to explain everything clearly and gave a thorough diagnosis without ever making us feel rushed. Plus, there was practically no wait time, and the clinic's peaceful, quiet atmosphere was exactly what an anxious cat needs.

  They were accommodating and very polite. They have an entrance for cats and an entrance for dogs. Which is great to keep them separated! They are very clean and organized!

  Brought my sweet boy in after his health started to decline rapidly. They made sure we were aware of the options and what to expect. Unfortunately, he had to be put down that day. They were absolutely amazing thru the process Would highly recommend!

  I truly do not even have the words to express how incredible this clinic is. From the very first phone call through one of the hardest 24 hours of my life, every single person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely cared. I want to specifically thank Kayla, Kennedy, Cynthia, and anyone else on the admin team I may be forgetting (I am so sorry if I missed anyone). Everyone was wonderful from the moment I walked through the door. Henna (I apologize if I misspelled her name), our Vet Tech, and Dr. Hegde were absolutely incredible. The moment they stepped into the room, I immediately felt supported and knew Mini was in loving hands. They paid attention to every detail. They cleaned Mini up and made him feel comfortable and cared for in a way he hadn't been in months. They even cleaned his carrier for me without me asking. Those little acts of kindness meant so much. Dr. Hegde went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. She even called me after hours while I was struggling through an incredibly difficult decision regarding Mini. I cannot put into words how much that support meant to me. I didn't get the chance to personally meet Dr. Dunkelberger, who was going to assist with Mini's procedure, but fitting us into the schedule last minute was such an incredible kindness and something I will always appreciate. This was not even my primary veterinary team. I came to them after feeling completely let down elsewhere, and they took me in exactly when I needed help most. The amount of time, compassion, support, and care they gave me in just 24 hours was beyond anything I could have expected. I will recommend this clinic to everyone I know, and they will absolutely be my first call for Ivy, Poe, and any future pets. The work they are doing is incredible. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Mini and for loving him so much.

  We have been working with Dr. Haug, Paloma, Ealee, and Kymber for over a year now and we cannot be happier. Our Sam is an anxious boy, and they have worked wonders with his self-esteem and confidence. He is thriving because of them. Dr. Haug and her team always go above and beyond, and are highly responsive to Sam’s needs. Words cannot express how grateful we are and I highly recommend them to anyone whose pup is in need of behavioral support. This is an All-Star team and we are so happy to have them on our side.
