    Great experience with Damilola at the Apple Store today. This was the most efficient process that we’ve ever experienced at the Apple Store in over 15 years. We went to upgrade our old iPhone to a newer one. Dami was extremely attentive and communicated everything very clearly. During the iCloud backup process, normally, it would take over an hour due to the amount of storage on the phones. However, Dami was extremely intelligent and utilized an ethernet cable in the back to speed up the process, making it happen in less than two minutes. He is very creative and things out of the box, making our experience a very great one today. Would recommend finding him for any of your Apple needs!!

I brought you up on the ride home and I could see how enamored he was by the experience.     I’ve brought my phone here 3 times already struggling to get it replaced(they also claim to have no record of my 1st appointment and my second appointment had one sentence for notes.) I’ve been trying to get it replaced because it’s been defective since I got it. I’ve showed them the problems and they see and acknowledge the issues every time and just tell me there’s nothing they can do because I don’t have Apple care even though it’s manufacturer defect. The manager is crazy mean and acts like she owns Apple and doesn’t seem to care about her job at all, they talk to me like I wasn’t a phone technician and Apple certified for 8years. They just keep resetting my phone and making me have to start over and never just fixing the issue by replacing my phone. The camera doesn’t work, the phone is always turning off by itself, freezing constantly, glitching out, Siri doesn’t work, and they’ve been giving me the run around for too long I’m tired of this place and it’s manager!

    I’d give this store a zero if I could. My speaker went out on my iphone. I went in for my initial appt and a part needed to be ordered. The part came in and I was instructed to come in within 5 days for the repair. I did as instructed. I waited at the mall for almost 2 hours and went to get my phone, only to be told it was not fixed cause all the parts weren’t in. Granted I live 30 minutes away. No one at the store took the time to check their inventory and call customers to tell them parts aren’t in (anymore). I proceed to come back at a later date to try again, as I was asked to come back when I could. They try two speakers that don’t work. So basically, another wasted trip and wasted time. They tell me they need to order another enclosure to try to repair it. Two weeks go by and I have to call the store to ask about the part, only to be told the order got closed out in the system. They offer me an option to still get the phone repaired in store or ship it off. Granted after two wasted trips and times and phone calls I’ve told them I can’t drop everything to make it within their 5 day window and they’ve already dropped the ball numerous times on repairing my phone. Today I believe the store manager calls me today and says hey come in within 5 days or we have to close this. No, at this point your store has messed up numerous times. I’ll come when I can make it unless you want to pay me for wasted gas and time.
