This was an extremely disappointing experience. I visited the store several days ago about how to get my 27 inch iMac in for service. I was told I could park near the mall entrance and someone would come out with a cart to bring it in. When I arrived today, a manager refused to support that promise. I am 79 years old and would have found another way to do this if I’d known. So, I ended up having to carry this heavy piece of equipment across a large parking lot (it could not be repaired). I would remind this manager that to over-promise and not deliver is NOT the way to go. Someone else in the store offered to take it out for me not realizing this manager would not allow it,, so obviously, some managers have a better grasp on customer service.

My phones was dropped in to be repaired for a simple battery they told me it would take about a week. It’s been HALF A MONTH without a single update everyone gives me the turn around and no one will tell me anything . I’m still paying my phone bill this is embaressing and Apple should be ashamed I’ve seen the other reviews they carelessly take phones and I guess sometime u just simply won’t be getting it back .

Today I came with a appointment, some lady I forgot her name helped me out but she kinda didn’t know what she was doing I believe, then Cass came and took over and she over kill her job she knew exactly her work! Best experience I had and I could say she was busy but she kept working with everyone and not just myself best customer service she should be a team leader if she’s not… didn’t get her whole name but she’s the G.O.A.T 👌🏼 hands down.

Would give this location zero stars if I could. I sent my 82-year-old mom into this store because she dropped her phone and the touch screen stopped working. Figured going direct was the best way because I was out of town for a few weeks for work and my mom couldn't be without her phone. WRONG!
The "genius" told my mom that her the phone could not be fixed (they called me to discuss before I ok'd the new phone purchase. The "genius" told me the phone was done & replacing the screen would do nothing). My mom was frazzled so I told her to buy a new phone & I would see about getting her data off her phone when I returned home (she never backed it up).
When I got home, I could see the phone was still getting notifications & was taking a charge. The computer didn't see the phone, but I couldn't "swipe up" to wake up the phone. The story the "genius" gave me didn't add up, so I took the phone to ubreakifix in Lake Jackson.
Within 2 hours they swapped the screen and her iPhone 13 was working fine. I am FURIOUS. The guy didn't even try to fix the phone; just took advantage of my mother to make a sale. AVOID THIS STORE. THEY ARE DISHONEST. Now I have to go to Apple corporate to see what can be done.

I walked into the Apple Store with a fully usable phone. I was only there for minor wear and tear — scratches on my front camera affecting Face ID and some back damage. That is all. I left with a phone that was completely unusable and had to fight to get it resolved.
I dropped my phone off at 2pm on a Friday. The employee who checked me in told me it would take about 2 hours. That was the extent of the information I was given — no warnings, no disclosures, nothing.
When I returned at 7pm a different employee came out with my phone. I could see it, use it, and respond to messages — it was working perfectly with the back repair already done and plastic still on it. He then informed me that during the repair they had accidentally damaged my cellular RF. He said my phone would now need to be mailed out for 5 to 7 days. I was shocked. After I expressed how unacceptable that was, he went back in and came out minutes later saying it could actually be ready in about an hour. Come back at 8:30.
So at this point I had already been without my phone since 2pm. I came back at 8:30 as instructed. The same employee saw me and asked for a few more minutes. I waited 20 more minutes. At 8:50pm — 10 minutes before the mall closed — they finally brought my phone out. It had a red battery, a Hello setup screen, and was completely unusable. It was a brand new phone. They handed it to me like that and simply said I would need to go to my cellular provider to fix it.
What they failed to mention — and what I only found out after fighting for answers — is that all they needed was my T-Mobile account PIN to resolve the activation issue right there in the store. They had that option available to them the entire time and said nothing. Instead they deliberately handed me back an unusable phone 10 minutes before closing, knowing I would not be able to make it to T-Mobile in time.
The device they returned had a manufacture date of December 2025 and a first use date of April 2026. I have owned my iPhone since October 2024. My phone was replaced without my knowledge or consent and no one told me until I pushed back the following day.
I have been a loyal Apple customer paying for AppleCare+ for over a year. The only resolution offered that night was waiving a $58 fee — as if that makes up for a full day without a phone, being handed back an unusable device, and being sent away right before travel with no working phone and no real answers.
This was only resolved after I returned a second time and escalated firmly (thanks to LAM & Sam).
anyway no customer should ever have to go through this for a routine repair. I walked in with a working phone. I deserved to walk out with one.
