  Polite staff, but took me 90minutes to get wellness exam + rabies vaccine done… Made an online appointment and came 10 minutes early, so 100min total time spent at the clinic… VERY SLOW. I had to come back the next day and wait 20 minutes to pick up the papers they forgot to provide and it was “ready”. I am sure workers doing their best and working but the greed to book so many appointments if they can’t handle them…..

  UPDATE: The hospital manager called me personally and talked through the issues and had a plan to rectify them and also refunded the heartworm test. I may give them another try in the future due to the customer service I received from the manager. Terrible experience . I took my dog to the vet two weeks ago at another emergency vet where he got tested for everything under the sun. Instead of waiting for the records to come through which I requested — they decided to go forth with a heartworm test anyways AND after I declined the initial estimate. I called the next day requesting my receipt and to talk about my concerns and they said I signed off on the charges which I never signed any documents besides when I paid the $320 ( which I did not see an itemized list of the charges ). I will be never going back despite this being a VCA hospital and being one block away from my place !!

  Time to say goodbye to this place .... great staff but prices have become rediculous.... just saved $300 for rabies and heartworm for 2 dogs elsewhere
