  I had the worst customer service experience at this store. The store manager was extremely rude, one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. I went in for a SIM port, and they asked several unnecessary questions. When I questioned why they needed to check my phone multiple times, he became unprofessional and even raised his voice at me. I finally left the store.

  El peor servicio que eh tenido. Nunca me llegó mi celular, fui a que me ayudarán a cancelar la orden la muchacha que estaba ahí ni siquiera sabe hacer su trabajo, me mando a muchas partes a poner reclamo cuando eso no servía de nada si no que ella tenía que hacerlo desde la tienda, regrese y gracias a dios estaba la supervisora quien me ayudo a solicitar un reembolso pero sigo en espera de este reembolso 🤨
