  Was great when we were there, Friendly staff and doctor. Spent 1K for my sick dog and they said I would have x-ray results next day. That was last Wednesday and still haven't received results. My dog is still very sick, vomiting, won't eat.

  Sloooow. Every time I come here I’m left waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time before anyone comes in the the exam room.

  The doctor and assistants were great! Thank you!! Although prices were not, they are transparent and upfront about them and you can choose your treatment plan and build your own cost. The price usually is not ideal for your fur-babies, but it is reasonable that you have choices in what your purchase for them.

  Terrible service – do not recommend! I brought my dog to VCA The Woodlands and had a very frustrating experience. You barely get 5 minutes with the vet, and it honestly feels like they don't care about your pet at all. I explicitly told them that my dog is allergic to eggs, yet they recommended a specific food where the main protein source is egg. To make matters worse, they never mentioned that this food required a prescription to be purchased. When I called them on the phone to request the prescription so I could order it, they assured me they would send it, but it never happened. They did absolutely nothing to help my dog with his itchy skin and allergies. Terrible service overall I definitely would not recommend them.

  If I could give zero stars that is what I would choose. I went in to the office Saturday to get flea and tick medication for my pet. The receptionist at the time was nice and stated once I paid for the medication I would receive it in the mail within 4 to 7 days because they do not keep the medication in office. She assured me that it would be sent to the pharmacy the office uses & She even printed my receipt and told me if I hadn't received the medication by Wednesday or Thursday to call the number on the receipt. Today is Wednesday and I received a call by Alyssa the person that so call approves the medication to be filled but instead of her confirming the purchase she tried to have me buy a different medication for flea, ticks, and heartworm. I told her I wanted what I paid for and that was all I needed for now. Alyssa then stated she would put an approval in for the medication to be filled today which it has already been 3 days so now my pet has to wait an additional 4 to 7 days for the medication. I asked why was the medication not approved and Alyssa stated she was out of the office on Monday so I asked her why would she wait until Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. to call and inform me of the issue. Why not call Tuesday morning or even Wednesday morning to let me know something she could not answer so I then asked her how could she rectify the situation and I suggested since their office dropped the ball and did not make sure the prescription was filled like I was told they should pay any extra fees because this was their mistake not mine. Alyssa hung up with me and called to get the prescription sent out next day. Alyssa then called me back but told me I needed to pay an additional $20 for the medication if I wanted it. Alyssa also stated she would text the ordering provider to see if they would waive the extra fee and i was told the provider would not approve it even though this was their mistake. No one took accountability for the lack in their job performance also not one time did she apologize for the inconvenience nor suggest another alternative. Customer service is not something this office is concerned with and this situation shows their lack of compassion, understanding and competency. I will not use their services any longer. They all need to work on better customer service.
