  My dog is now five years old. But she almost died within the first week after purchasing her from pet fair. I was told to visit vca close by on rayford rd as one visit was included with purchase of the puppy. I visited within 3 days because my puppy seemed to be struggling to breathe. Went in and expressed concerns over my puppies deteriorating health, was told she was absolutely fine and to not worry. Things only got worst in the next 24 hours. Ended up taking the puppy back to pet fair and only then were they able to confirm that the puppy had liquid in her lungs. She was treated at another emergency animal clinic and recovered. This was back in 2021 I am unsure if staff has changed since then but thought I would share this experience from a few years back. Thankfully my dog is now about five years old and living a very healthy life. I have never returned after this experience. Did not want to risk my pet’s health ever again.

  Animal Hospital or clinic. Excellent service staff and Doctors all very professional and helpful and kind.

  I had a great experience with bring in my puppy. Staff was very welcoming and the doctor I could tell really cares for my puppy. The doctor educated me on problems that may pop up and what all the vaccines do. She also gave me some tips on my puppy biting. :)

  We look our yorkie in because she was very sick and I was so worried that I was in tears. They saw her right away. The really special part was that her vet, Dr Harris who had just finished a surgery and was about to go start another surgery heard that Bonnie (my Yorkie) was sick and came to check her right away. That was so very kind and meant alot to me. After examining her she explained what was wrong with Bonnie and then gave us some meds for her. I was able to calm down finally. I am very grateful to have Dr Harris and all the staff there so I highly recommend them 👍

  Called to get a quote on vaccinations and was quoted somewhere around the range of $250, maybe higher. This includes the exam fee although even with that information factoring in it's still significantly higher than other vets. After expressing I wasn't interested, I told them to have a good day and that was that. I've now received two calls from them after the fact along with emails and voicemails. They seem to have me on some sort of automated list to schedule an appointment. I've blocked the number at this point, I'm not interested.
