  I had a great experience with bring in my puppy. Staff was very welcoming and the doctor I could tell really cares for my puppy. The doctor educated me on problems that may pop up and what all the vaccines do. She also gave me some tips on my puppy biting. :)

  We look our yorkie in because she was very sick and I was so worried that I was in tears. They saw her right away. The really special part was that her vet, Dr Harris who had just finished a surgery and was about to go start another surgery heard that Bonnie (my Yorkie) was sick and came to check her right away. That was so very kind and meant alot to me. After examining her she explained what was wrong with Bonnie and then gave us some meds for her. I was able to calm down finally. I am very grateful to have Dr Harris and all the staff there so I highly recommend them 👍

  Called to get a quote on vaccinations and was quoted somewhere around the range of $250, maybe higher. This includes the exam fee although even with that information factoring in it's still significantly higher than other vets. After expressing I wasn't interested, I told them to have a good day and that was that. I've now received two calls from them after the fact along with emails and voicemails. They seem to have me on some sort of automated list to schedule an appointment. I've blocked the number at this point, I'm not interested.

  If I could give negative stars, I most certainly would. I took my 7 year old Aussie here on 3 occasions in 2 months to the VCA The Woodlands TX, and he was treated for an upper respiratory infection. During his 1st exam, they detected a heart murmur ( grade 4/6) this heart murmur was never addressed, they simply said it would need to be monitored. 2 months later, my sweet Aussie is gone! I rushed him to another clinic on 5/10/26 at 5pm, and they spent 8 hours fighting to save him, ultimately, he couldnt be saved. His heart was terribly enlarged and encased in fluid and his lungs were struggling. The vet couldnt believe that VCA never prescribed heart medication, and said if they had, my sweet boy might still be here. I am so angry and my heart is broken. He was by my side for 7 1/2 years....stayed with me every second when I battled cancer, now he is gone! So now I am making payments on a large vet bill to this place that is responsible for him being gone!
