  We called this facility to get a travel certificate to take our pet to Belize. We were told that we had to call their recommended travel agent who is really a broker. Then the broker would call and schedule the appointment with this facility. When we called the broker that told us $400 to google the requirements, they called it research. And another $100 for something else. The broker kept asking us questions and didn’t even know what to do. He also asked us for a certificate from Belize that you’re supposed to get after you get the certificate from the vet here in the US. He told us that he couldn’t get us a vet appointment with a vet, this establishment for over a week. We ended up googling it ourselves. Made an appointment that day and paid less than $100. If you need a travel certification for your pet. Go to the USDA site, they have the forms and what you need for each country. They have a list of vets. The one we called gave us an appointment for the same day. Done, leaving in a week. Mind you when I called this establishment they told me they’re not affiliated with the broker that we spoke to. How is that possible when they gave me his information? And he’s the one who has a call back to make the appointment with the vet 👀. Just another way to get people’s money in a time where people don’t have much.

  We brought our cat here after adoption because our shelter partners with VCA and they offered a free first visit. The free first visit was $400 because our cat had an ear infection. We brought him back for a follow up visit and he still had an infection and it was another $400. They asked us to bring him back in two weeks for another follow up but to be honest the price of everything was just so inflated that I couldn't justify continuing to bring him in. I take my cat's health seriously and I'm not particularly cheap, but the price gouging at this chain is really over the top in my opinion. My previous cat lived to 21 and I've been to many vets and none charged nearly as much as VCA. I brought my current cat to another vet and we were in and out with actual answers and less than $200. The staff is really nice I just can't justify the price.

  Dr. Kasper is an amazing Vet! he’s been my fur babies Vet for a long time, he’s always very caring and friendly!I Today I took Teddy to get chipped and for a dog a preventive shots for dog flea and tick treatment. summer is coming up and we have to be ready for our fur babies.💙💙🩷🩷
