VCA was a great advocate for my puppies Brody and Bella. Both of them passed away this year and I am very grateful for Dr. Blessinger.

Very displeased with the services here! My little girl had to take her emotional support animal to be seen because he was vomiting and couldn't keep anything down. They told my daughter they would need to do any X-ray that was about $400 and then would more than likely need surgery! They told her it would be very expensive and that her only option was to put him down, then they proceeded to tell her someone would pay for the surgery but she would have to sign over her rights! My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and depression and they basically just told her she had no other choice either kill her baby or give him up!! She felt like she had no corner to turn to, she was backed against wall. She was told that if she signed the paper they would let her call and check up on him. That was a LIE, she tried calling and they shut her down saying she signed away her rights! When she had to leave him they did call a little after they left and said he had parvo, now I'm pretty sure by his symptoms they knew more or less what he could possibly have and instead of offering to do the test for parvo first, they were going completely around it trying to get as much money out of them as possible! I've read some of these reviews saying they were caring, I'm sorry but anyone who would have someone who is emotionally distraught over hearing they have to choose between life or death for their baby is NOT CARING!!
