  I was very unimpressed with this apple store location. I had an appointment at 1:15 PM to get my iphone battery replaced, which I thought would not take as long as it did. I had to wait 5 hours for my iphone to be ready EVEN though I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. I understand that techs can get backed up, however several store associates told me that appointments are not priority. I was extremely surprised to hear that because appointments should be a priority over walk ins. When my phone was finally ready at 6 PM, the lady who checked me out said that she apologized and that appointments WERE priority. Do not come to this location if you are not willing to wait for hours. I will not be back ☺️

  I visited the Apple Store because my phone’s battery drains so quickly that I have to charge it 3–4 times a day, even though it’s one of Apple’s latest models. I also explained that the phone gets hot throughout the day during normal use. The only solution I was given was to erase my phone, set it up as a brand-new device, and manually download and configure every app again. That’s incredibly inconvenient and time-consuming. Even worse, they said that if the problem still wasn’t fixed, I should come back again. I expected better from the Apple Store. I came in looking for a proper diagnosis and a solution, not a guess that requires hours of work on my part. In the end, I walked out of the store with the same problem I came in with and no real solution. Apple Store customer service used to be much better. This experience was disappointing and did not meet the level of support I’ve come to expect from Apple.

  It was a nice place. Those folks work past the time they close. They are nice. Respectful. One guy, Patrick helped us even when he was off the clock out the kindness of his heart. No attitude no disrespect. He was very patient. Thank you.

  Friday afternoon June 19th the attitudes were out! Talking to friends was more important than a $2,500 sale!! No questions- no welcome l- no customer service!!! Stock pulled not as requested pushing to get the sale only!! Once it was stated “ thinking about it” popped a serious attitude!!! Rude and turned away… again no questions!! Not a big fan of this customer service!!

  Bought apple air notebook on Sunday. Asvita was amazing. She really educated me on the product I was getting and explained why I needed this over another computer I was looking at. If anybody is ever looking for any computer there, go to her. She also explained the accessories really well. I set up an appointment to get my files moved over from PC to the Mac. They told me it can not be done there. They said my PC was too old. They didnt even look at the PC nor did they ask how is my computer or anything. They told me they could hold the computers over night or 2 days to do it, but then they said they won't do it because of the error message I got. They didn't ask me the error message I got. While I was in the store, I checked with Gemini on how to fix the computer and Gemini said they can do it. Then they said oh yeah we would have to erase what you done on the new mac in order to help, but said it would be risky and it might not work. So I went to Best Buy after leaving here and they helped me fix the problem.
