  Wasted my time!! Booked an appointment online with the Apple Store to have my Apple Watch battery replaced. The online form per-populated which series watch I own. I arrived 10 minutes early to check in. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to have the so called genius tell me my Apple Watch Series 5 was a legacy device and they did not service them. The only option was to buy a new one. What a scam!! 1 1/2 hours round trip and 30 minutes waiting to find out something they should have let me know when I booked the appointment. I’m sure Ross Roper, Apple Store manager, won’t hear of my disappointment in the Apple Store. I’m a long time Apple user. I still use my Apple iPhone 3GS on my elliptical trainer to listen to the 400+ songs I downloaded back in 2009-2010. I can’t believe Apple doesn’t support its products from 6 years ago. I guess they don’t expect a $600 watch to last that long. This is how you lose or destroy brand loyalty. Very disillusioned. 😔

  I am 45 but they treat me like I'm some kind of kid, 5 trips, untold hours, still no replacement phone... They just mislead and lie to you.. they had the phone but they want to charge $108.. paid for protection the entire time I have had the phone and they made no mention of the charge until the very last second and then acted like I should already know and so they can keep their phone and I can go to a different company

  I made an appointment for a new iPhone battery. When I arrived they said they didn’t have time to replace my battery today. I drove 30 minutes and gas is $4/gallon right now! Plus tolls! What’s the point of having appointment availability if I can’t get accommodated? Then I tried to buy a new iPhone 17 pro and they were out of stock. Is this even a real Apple Store? And the salesperson kept asking me where I’m from and why my English is so good. I was born 20 minutes away from this place….

  Made an appointment to change battery and spent 30mins to drive here and talked to 2 staffed, waited for 15mins and only to be told that they don’t have time to do it today! What is the point of appointments if you cannot fulfill it!

  5 Star only because of Maika. Honestly didn't expect to leave an Apple Store feeling this good, but here we are. My wife and I came in with a bunch of issues across both our phones my mic wasn't working right, speaker volume was low, phone was running slow. Her phone had its own set of problems. We were basically that couple walking in with a list. Maika took care of us from start to finish. She didn't rush through anything. She went device by device, ran diagnostics on everything, even did a full audio diagnostic and through all of it, she was just genuinely kind and patient. Like, actually patient. Not the "I'm smiling but I want you to leave" kind. If you're going to this Apple Store, ask for Maika. Seriously. You won't regret it.
