  Went in a couple days ago looking to buy a new phone, Jorge was very helpful and respectful. He was very patient and gave me all the accessories he knew I would need. I absolutely love it ! Amazing service from him, and would definitely be coming here for all future needs!

  Recently I came to buy a second phone and I have to leave another review because the customer service is that great. A lot of the time I am not able to see well or don't quite know how to use my phone, but Jorge, Ellena, and Larissa always help me with respect and patience. I always make sure to buy from here anytime I need anything!

  I had troubles with my phone glitching, everyone was nice and helpful especially this one worker, Jorge, he had excellent service and was very respectful and helpful when I needed it.

  This has to be one of the best stores I have ever been to. I always come here to buy speakers,phones, and even a watch. I have to say that all the employees here always give me the best service and help with all my needs. Jorge, Ellena, and Larissa always give me the best service so I would have to leave a 5 star review because I appreciate them a lot.

  This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. I went there to open a line and now it's been 3 weeks with no services, and no refund. They forced me to buy a phone case because it's "their policy" so I did it so it wouldn't be such a hassle for George the associate. I paid the 115$ to activate and their system froze. He asked me if the payment went through and it did. So he went back in the system to look up my account and could not find it. He called 2 different managers (Elena and Erica) to no avail (he said one was off and the other was at another store) so nothing could be done at the moment but they said within 48 hours it would return to me since it "technically didn't go through". So I walked away with nothing. Since then I have gone back to the store twice (where it went from 48 hours to 10 business days that i had to wait on top of being told by George that i was being disrespectful because i was frustrated yet I never uttered a single word of disrespect or profanity) talked to financial who was no help at all(i dont think they have even tried looking for my transaction) and I have tried to call corporate multiple times (they won't talk to me because I don't have a cricket phone number). And I have also tried their chat that just kept telling me to go to the store because they dont handle what happens at the stores or online purchases. I even tried to see if i could file a complaint through them and they shut down the chat. I have already started a dispute through my bank but thats another 10 business days I have to wait for that.This place just need to be shut down. I will be going there today to file a police report.
