  I just came here to get my V12 repaired. Elvis walked me through all of my options, and made the repair very quickly. It was a reasonable price and Elvis was kind and professional.

  Aug 2026 - we have two Dyson stick vacuums. Our older Gen 1 was getting old and the battery only last 30 minutes so we got a larger capacity V12. The wife loves these tools and uses them both daily. The newer V12's trigger on/off switch broke a week ago. It's a flawed design that Dyson has fixed on newer models. Nevertheless, I took it to a local repair shop that wouldn't even touch it. So we decided to try the Dyson Service Center. Sooo glad we did... Elvis, the service tech exceeded our expectations by fixing it in under 30 min with the cost of repairs being exceptional coming in less than $100. I highly recommend if you are in need of repairs to your Dyson, take it here and let Elvis work him magic.

  Brought in my Dyson V15 which was not working. Suspected that the battery was not functioning. Tech takes a battery from a vacuum that was hanging on the wall and puts in into the vacuum- it works. He says, "you need a new battery." Waited 20 minutes for the new battery. He brings the new battery. He does unwrap it but doesn't check if it works. I pay for it. Plug in the battery when I am home to find that they sold me a dud battery. Called them. No answer.

  Dyson provides a very inflexible policy for devices that are purchased abroad and basically told me - Tough luck buy a new device. Team communicated this to me: 1. You should not buy a product internationally - I believe it’s none of Dysons business what I do with my money. 2. Refuse to service the device - tough luck but a new one. 3. Refuses to give out any contacts outside of customer support to plead my case. Very inflexible in their communication and in their policies for a company that sells high-end products I would have expected a lot more.

  fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. They repaired my vacuum in less than twenty minutes.
