    Matthew went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. We came in to get a second tv for my mother-in-law. Matthew went searching for one in the warehouse that met our needs and even helped ring us up and double check that the open box item had everything the label said it had. Thank you so much for your help today. We’ll definitely be back!

    We’ve had such amazing experiences at Best Buy thanks to Mason and Dan! First, Mason helped us pick out a 3D printer, and he was absolutely incredible. He took the time to explain everything about it, helped us get the best possible price, and signed us up for deals that saved us even more money. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about making sure we were getting something fun that we would truly enjoy, instead of just trying to make a sale. On top of that, he was super funny and completely relatable, which made the whole experience even better and honestly just fun. You can tell he actually cares about customers and wants them to leave happy and excited about their purchase. Dan in appliances was just as amazing when helping us buy our refrigerator. He actually helped us a year ago when we bought our washer and dryer, and we remembered how great he was to work with, so when it came time to get a refrigerator, we specifically wanted his help again. He worked hard to make sure we got the best price possible, helped with price matching, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He also made sure I was signed up for the best deals and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before we left. He made us feel comfortable and confident with the purchase the entire time. Honestly, anytime we go to Best Buy now, we want Mason or Dan helping us with our next purchase. If they’re not there, we might just come back when they are lol! Employees like them are the reason we’ll keep coming back.

    Horrible service at the forum location. Waiting for someone at geek squad to help me and didn't even get acknowledge. Employees sitting around playing on their phones and one person at the service desk. 🙄 This bestbuy total membership is not worthy of the service provided by the store.

    I had a fantastic visit to Best Buy! The store is huge, with an extensive range of electronics. I was really impressed by their big Apple section, which had everything from devices to accessories. Plus, they had two studio setups it felt like a live demo or showcase! I walked around, and the staff were super helpful, plus they had some great deals and sales going on. Highly recommend checking it out

    ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE! I needed to directly speak with a representative at the Best Buy at the Forum in Live Oak, TX. I specifically went to the store a week ago to talk with someone about extending the pick up date of an item. They were having an issue making that happen, but the manager (Mo) assured me she would take care of it and expend the pick up date to May 15, 2026. This morning I received a text message from Best Buy that this order number was cancelled and a refund has been initiated. This is beyond frustrating because we purchased this on March 6th for our new home. I DO NOT need a refund and I DO NOT want this item released to not be sold to anyone else. I spoke to Best Buy support at 10:00am this morning and 4 hours later, still no response. The person somewhere in the Philippines stated I would receive a call from the store within 2 hours. That has not happened. It doesn’t help that you cannot even talk to the store. I now have to drive home now but I am still 3 hours from the store to resolve this. Never again will I ever buy anything from Best Buy.
