  So this is was my first time with bringing my dog Hamms here, we had am appointment later in the day which honestly was nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive, checked out all of my concerns and were pretty thorough. I really can't complain at all. Was mostly in for a basic rabies shot but would definitely return if I'm ever in the area.

  Met with A Dr. For an appt last week. Was a good experience and was quoted certain prices for medicines like Trio, Cytopoint, Librela. I had to stop my dogs allergy meds to get her vaccines so I came in today for a cytopoint shot. I came early hoping they could get me in because I had my passengers appointment near the same time. They were having an emergency for another pet - no stress. I left to handle that and made it back 5 minutes early. I asked the front desk woman Yolanda for help getting my dog out of the car. I have a herniated disk and my dog is 65 lbs. After waiting 15 minutes I didn't think she actually requested help for me so I got my dog off myself and twanged my back. Then one of the staff came out to the lobby get my dog but we instead spoke about her care in the lobby and discussed that none of the prescriptions were available because they'd require a new doctor visit since the doctor that I spoke to is no longer there. Okay. Back to the earlier pricing I was given (again this is a week ago). At checkout the price was higher than I was quoted. I thought this place might be a little more cost effective. It's not. Quoted one price, paid a higher different one. I didn't argue. But I did reiterate to Yolanda that I needed help getting my dog in the car. Please note the photo. The reason my dog had that appointment last week is because she either tore her ACL or is in need of TPLO surgery (according to the visit a week ago). She is literally in a full knee brace. She's also advanced in age. Yolanda sighed and said she'd just help me. We walk out to the car and I open the door for her to help my dog in. She literally just watches as my dog walks up to the door and tries to get in on her own and falls hard onto her shaking knees. My dog is literally shaking stuck and Yolanda is still just watching my dog. I ask her to please help my dog. Mind you this did all happen relatively quickly, but there was definitely a pause and it felt like ages watching my dog suffer. She finally does, but WHAT THE ABSOLUTE heck is wrong with this practice. I didn't ask for help because my dog is just spoiled. She is actively in pain and that was the last straw. I will NEVER come to this practice again if I can help it. If this is the way my pet is treated in front of me, I don't want to imagine what happens behind closed doors. I'm even questioning if they actually even gave her the shot. My trust is completely broken. Use caution choosing to come here and may you NEVER experience what I did If you do come here.

  We are brand new to Seguin and had to put our old Boston (Sailor) to sleep. They were very professional, compassionate, and amazing.
