  Five stars without hesitation. I brought in a severely malnourished stray cat who was in very rough shape. Our appointment happened during a major emergency, so we waited about two and a half hours, but the staff kept us informed, checked on us, and treated us with so much kindness. What stood out most was the veterinarian’s genuine compassion. You could immediately tell how much she cared about the animals in front of her. She stayed with the emergency patient until they were okay, while also making sure this little stray would get the care she needed. Knowing I had a nine-month-old at home and couldn’t take on everything this cat needed, she helped make sure the cat had a safe path forward and would receive the care she needed. I left incredibly grateful. It was clear that this clinic’s compassion for animals is genuine, and witnessing that firsthand meant so much to me. Thank you for making a difference. ❤️

  Well, where to begin? We took our pets to this place years ago and had done so for many years. We thought they were good, until we boarded our 2 dogs with them for a week while on vacation. I asked them to check on our female, as she was having an issue at the time and they assured me that it would be the first thing they did during her weeklong stay. After 7 days we returned to pick our pups up. After receiving a very large bill and not seeing any mention of my females condition, I inquired about their findings and they asked me to bring her back during the following week so they could check it out. They said they didn't have time to look at her during her boarding. That was it for me. If you can't look at my dog during a 7 day stay, why on earth would I trust her care to you ever again.That was back in 2018. We never went back to them again, until today. This is truly the last time I will ever consider them!! They refused to even try to look at my dog, stating that they were much too busy. Their website clearly states that walk-in's are welcome, but I was told that it doesn't apply to Saturdays, which of course is NOT mentioned on their site. Very rude and uncaring people. They couldn't even make a suggestion as to anyone who might be able to help her with what could have been a life threatening condition. They just told me to search the web. Thankfully, it lead me to a very caring clinic and I will never have to consider them for anything again!! Be wary of this place, if they treat humans so unkindly how could you ever expect them to treat your beloved pets any better!
