  Bad service I was sent by a rep from cricket to the store to do a sim swap but I was refused service because I didn't buy my new phone directly from them exact words of the employee if you didn't buy your phone from us we are not allowed to activate your phone because we get in trouble would be 0 stars but not an option ......
