  This animal hospital has given the best care and support I’ve ever received. My cat Pandora fell sick on Sunday and within the same day, I was able to get her seen here. Ashley and Dr. Tully are wonderful, if it wasn’t for their help, I wouldn’t have my cat here at home with me. They checked my cat, conducted an ultrasound, diagnosed her, gave us treatment and additional information regarding next steps. Not only were they extremely helpful, but they comforted me and my sister the whole time as we were nervous about our cat. I can’t thank the staff and hospital enough for everything they did to help Pandora.

  Brought my dog in for a couple of issues, one being a terrible skin infection. I chose 3 stars as 3.5 was not an option. Staff was efficient, escorted me to a room right away, and kept me informed of tests being done to treat her skin infection but zero word about my second issue. Treatments were discussed beforehand which was appreciated. Upon discharge, I was given medication for her skin infection but no mention of the cause and again, no mention of the second issue. I did not find out about the cause of her primary concern until I received the diagnostic report emailed to me much later. Probably will not return.

  Great experience with Dr. Stanford and Lawrence! They were so patient and gentle with my 10-year-old Chihuahua, who came in with a swollen gum and lump under his mouth. They took great care of him and gave me helpful advice. I really appreciate their kindness and care!

  Be very wary of their online checkin. I was told 20 minutes the 30 and finally after an hour told they were at capacity and couldn’t see my pet. Very upsetting when trying to find relief for my pet.

  I will forever be grateful to the staff here. I lost two of my pups in one year the first to cancer the second to an obstruction in their belly. The staff was so kind and patient with me and to my dogs in their last moments. Each one passed near closing time and each time they let me stay after to get my last goodbyes in. I will always recommend this place.
