  I have been a cricket customer for 15 years. In December I had an issue paying my bill with the app and had to start going to a cricket store to pay my bill. My experience with the call center was terrible. I went in to this cricket store to pay my bill with plans to find a new provider over the next few days. When I walked in Pedro greeted me and asked how he could help. Within a couple minutes I had calmed down and started to forget that my cell service had been out. I have been visiting this location to pay my bill monthly since then and last month when I needed to purchase a phone I knew exactly where I was headed. Thank you Pedro for changing my mind on switching away from cricket.

  Please, next time let customers know that there is no refunds on e-sims before they purchase it. I had issues with my Sim and decided to go for the e-sim. After purchasing the e-sim, it did not work despite several efforts. I was told no refunds was available and would have the purchase the actual Sim, and if this did not work, there were no refunds as well. I am thankful that the actual physical Sim worked but had to pay double the price. Felt like the effort on getting the e-sim to work was not enough, and I just had someone help me that probably didn't know what they are doing. I should not have to pay for this twice. Please do better by the customers.

  We walked into the Cricket store with a dead phone and not knowing whether it was repairable. The two gentlemen working that evening were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they walked us through the process. Thank you for the excellent service!
