I went to the Potranco location the blond false eye lash girl was hiding her name. Plz do not go to that location YOU will just waste you time. Blond girl said she did not know how to work android phone. Strange Cricket sales more androids then iPhone. Waste of time. No wonder she kides her name So i just knew Criket could help me so i called the location on Marbach 8733 and spoke with Roberto he gave me hope to solve my issue. I was soooo right. Not only did he help me solve my problem he was professional and informative. If you need HELP see ROBERTO at 8733 Marbach. I was so impressed with him i bought accessories. For 3 phones and a fast charging unit. I can not thank him enough for his assistance. He is a real asset to the company and to all customers that get his professionalism

Representative Jalissa helped us transfer our family lines from T-Mobile to their cricket network. She was really helpful and knowledgeable of their current phone plans and deals. I would definitely recommend her and would definitely do business with her again. No bs just straight to business, we were in and out fast and so far really happy with cricket network and her service.

Heads up y'all. If you're having connectivity issues and you think it may be the sim, ask them to run a test on it before they try and sell you a new sim. They'll not refund for sim cards you didn't actually need. This happened to me yesterday. I went into the store after I called customer care. At the advice of the call center representative I went in and explained what was happening. The employee that helped me offered me a new sim and I agreed because I assumed they knew what they were doing after I explained my issue. Long story short, my original sim wasn't the issue. They told me the phone model was the issue after they already charged me for a sim. They would not refund even though it was their mistake. I had to contact support again and they credited my account for the store's mistake. Also, the phone just needed the network reset. If you go in with a Samsung A32 5G with sim connectivity issues, reset the network settings! The phone hasn't lost service since.
