  We had a tough time getting things sorted out but Gen helped us get through our porting (number transfer) and did everything she could to get things sorted out. We're very happy with her determination to help us out.

  Gen was absolutely exceptional came in thinking all odds were against me with aa broken iPhone 17 pro max no insurance no nothing and walked out very please new phone a downgrade but very pleased overall with service she is very friendly and understanding over all service was above and beyond I haven’t had service like this in so long most of all very patient and informative

  I arrived with my family to establish a telephone connection. There was an employee named Genn who was exceedingly rude. We inquired multiple times about the line, but she was unwilling to provide accurate information as she was busy eating. She outright refused to provide the service, resulting in a very poor experience. Consequently, we decided to leave.

  This is my second time visiting this shop. There is a lady named Genn who is very rude and disrespectful. I came to buy a mobile phone, but I had no idea she was so mad. She didn't even want to show the phones. I guess she didn't want to work. I just left the store. This message is for the owner: how could you hire such unprofessional people? I highly recommend that people not come to this store until this rude and unprofessional lady is longer here. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
