  This store sold us a defective phone 3 weeks ago and the manager refused to take responsibility and told me to kick rocks. I will be going to another store to disconnect and reconnect my services just so this store doesn't make any more money from me.

  Been to this location 2x and I’ve never been helped 1st time - The person behind the counter was incompetent when assisting customer before me…. I waited for 30min - left without service 2nd time - early morning 10:30am Same Person behind the counter conducting personal business- waited 30min - never acknowledged me , left without service

  Worst service Never again. I wanted a quick second phone and didnt go to tmobile were I have the rest of my lines because I just wanted it for 2 months but going all the hassle I had to in this store not worth it. I had phone that I was going to use for this line. The phone was not locked and when it didnt work they would not give me my money back. I was at the store literally like 2 hours 30 minutes because they couldn’t help the customer before which should of been a sign for me. They claimed a manager would reach out to me to see how we can resolve it never did. Had to call corporate and my credit card company to resolve it. Dont go to cricket no one knows anything , no customer service.

  We have always received great service at the 281 location but went in today and the big eyelash girl was distracted with her phone and even received a phone call while we were inquiring about our account. Not sure if her being distracted w her phone or if she didn’t really know her job was the problem. Now have the inconvenience of going to another location.
