I thought it was only me but seeing another terrible reviews makes me think this business has a real problem. Cricket should start by firing the arrogant manager in this place, he doesn't have any idea what a customer service or good service should be.

Oh my goodness this is the place to Go ! Specifically for Lupe she is absolutely fantastic she is the manager and she was extremely helpful and just all around amazing and knows her stuff !! I hate going into a cricket store and they don’t know what they are talking about but she knew her stuff I was extremely satisfied !!!

Lupe was great and helped us so much! She transferred service to my new phone quickly and put my screen protector on. She was really nice too.
