Misty and Jenn were totally polite, couteous, friendly and quite helpful in every way. Jenn had no problem connecting the new phone and Misty made us feel like she really wanted our business. The fee for the service was nominal and the whole process took less time than you would think. I would recommend going to this Cricket store for great service and, affordable fees.
