  When Monica & Issac ran store everything was clean & working. Plus loved talking with them felt like family. They fired them. I went to pay my bill today, new guy couldn't print out me a receipt claimed printer not working, llites burned out He even said I dont have to take payment if you want printed receipt you can go elsewhere. Yea my payment due 2mrw. Lights were burned out, hardly any accessories. They left 2 weeks ago. And trying to blame them for everything.

  Male employee no help worthless. Didn't care in helping in anyway of my situation. Didn't know the number to customer service and their doors were locked like always.

  Clerk got her phone stolen while I was there because she lent it to a homeless woman. At the same time, a gentleman was negotiating anything and everything while paying his bill and buying a cheap phone. The clerk was laughing and joking with him, entertaining his claims to "come behind the counter," and "give a family discount." She was also asked if the security cameras worked, to which she replied that she didn't know. I waited 45 minutes to spend $250 in an extremely loud and uncomfortable environment. She tried to put the protective screen on (that came with my $30 case), and didn't clean the screen first, so there were bumps and dust underneath. She asked for a card of my own to smooth the bubbles out, but it was already stuck on incorrectly. I told her to just give me the phone and the case, and that I would take the protective screen off. I've been a customer for almost four years and I won't be back to this location.

  They didn't have the phones that they were advertising. Also, the man in charge acted as if he was doing us a favor. What he was offering to do "just for us" was the same promotion that Cricket was already offering.
