  Today went in was not greeted, waited patiently to be spoken to in Spanish, I ignored it as she had another customer she was helping speaking in Spanish. She then tells me and my husband what are you here for? Informed to port phones, she then ask if we had all the information. Like why are we just sitting here maam? Continue with the customer in front of you. We politely walked out. Ask was it for that location, duh we are in your store. I worked years for cricket and this disgusting attitude could have been kept to herself. May be she was not trying to be rude but it's not qhat you say it's how you say it. To top it off it's Saturday and only one rep working. Whoever you were you lack customer service bad and it shows. I know you guys get commission you just lost your cut and the companies money.

  Don't go in here unless you have to. I had to make an extra trip since the manager told me something would work when it didn't.
