Went in inquiring about adding a new line to our family plan. The two people working there were much less than helpful. They also watched a cricket training video on full volume the whole time I was there instead of focusing on trying to help me with my plan. Was not able to add the line either.

I went in to buy a phone for my son and had a really great experience. Natalie was very helpful from start to finish she was quick, attentive, and made the whole process easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find a great deal. They also have a lot of good discounts available, which made it even better. The store itself feels very welcoming and comfortable. I definitely recommend asking for Natalie if you go in! Walked out with a new phone & a case thank you Nat 🤩💕!
