  I have lived here for 31 years. I have seen apartment owners and management companies come and go and I have worked with countless numbers of managers and leasing agents. I have not met and worked with a finer, more professional manager than Lahana. She has always answered the phone with a calm and endearing demeanor and has gone out of her way to always find an answer to a question. She is a one of a kind type person and it reflects in the way she takes care of those that live here. Thank you for all your help and for being such a great manager, Lahana!

  Awesome staff in maintenance for fixing appliances shout out to Adam Specifically for being transparent about what was going on with the problems I was having. Property manager Lahana super helpful on my move in and out , as well as making sure tenants were heard in their concerns about the property. Anna the manager helped in my concerns after leaving the property when I needed to contact about charges and past billing.

  The first month was tough getting settled because of appliance issues but the staff was quick to respond. Initial pest problem but again, the staff was attentive from the jump and took care of the issue. Apartments are affordable and the neighbors are nice. I really love this complex.

  I have been living here for a few years now. I've never had real major issues. I recently had issues with the AC. I called the office and they sent someone out the same day. Adam did awesome getting the issue fixed. He did a full assessment of the issue and got my AC working better than before.
