  I went to a Bedt Buy off of the Wurzbach road area in San Antonio. Finally found one with not only the particular item I was searching for, but also with an experienced representative who explained the product to me. I do believe his name began with an "O." Regardless, I gave him kudos to himself and his Manager. Nowadays, a lot of places seem to be lacking in taking care of customers. This one, in my visit, did their due diligence.

  My wife is a Best Buy cardholder she she spoke to a “gentleman “ purported to be from tech support. His solution was for to buy 2 $200 gift cards he then asked her to go to Amazon and purchase more fraud refuses to help

  When something goes wrong, you won’t get support from the actual manufacturer—you’ll be pushed into using Geek Squad instead. Their support is limited to basic, entry‑level troubleshooting, and anything beyond that requires you to pay extra. I purchased an ASUS Zenbook 14, and after only 80 days it developed issues. ASUS refused to speak with me because the device was bought through Best Buy, and Geek Squad couldn’t diagnose the problem without charging additional fees. If you’re comfortable spending more money for inadequate support, Best Buy will gladly take it. If you value your time and resources, consider taking your business elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

  Ive taken my computer in to get fix. Its taking 4 weeks and I still do not have it. Ive PAID for the MY BEST BUY COVERAGE. Only to find out they may want you to pay for the parts. They dont disclose this little tid bit

  Stetson, oh boy did he make this Best Buy the worst one to go to for….. anything I guess! Coming to get my Apple care appointment for my phone to be looked at I asked for a bathroom, and Stetson said “for paying customers only”. As if I haven’t paid enough for my phones, the fact that he disregarded me like that needed to be addressed by management. He is the epitome of poor customer service and just needs a remedial on manners. His coworker tried to back peddle saying well our water is sealed shut. So rude.
