    Worst store ever. The nerd with glasses in the front was a creep. Talking about girls in Spanish like I didn’t understand. Employees are lazy. All they did was stand around talking to each other. Seemed they were very unmotivated to make money.

    Very inconsistent service. We checked in and someone said they’d help us, he left and started helping someone else, and no one checked in on us for over 30 minutes until we got someone’s attention. Waited here almost 2 hours while everyone else around us was being helped.

    A simple repair experience has turned into a huge time sink. Recently attempted to repair a previous gen iPad. First, the “Genius” did not provide me with the appropriate documentation of initial visit, so I had spend an hour on the phone trying to track the status of the parts they had to order. The second issue was the wait time. I need this device for work so I can’t leave it over night and I work, so when I came in for the repair, I had to wait so long they wouldn’t be able to service it before closing. This is a 2k device with a current warranty and this kind of situation has happened twice already. But never with a current gen device. This suggests that once a new model comes out, Apple doesn’t care as much about the customers who purchased the previous models and it adversely affects the customers who purchased their devices for productivity or work reasons. EDIT: It’s silly that in 2026, the multi-billion dollar company Apple, won’t figure out a way to let people seeking service know that service is backed up or can’t be completed as promised without having to visit the store in person.

    It doesn’t matter whether you have an appointment or not; you stand there, hoping to find someone, until you finally do. Then, they don’t have the product even though you scheduled an appointment for a replacement. You get there, and they say, "Well, we don’t have that here, you’ll have to wait 3-5 days, then we’ll send you an email to let you know something." Wow, really—a wasted trip to get that, after talking to Apple support and making an appointment, after traveling for 20 minutes and waiting, only to hear, “Sorry, we don’t have it.” Now I wonder: after my 3-5 day wait, will they have it then, or will I go through that whole process again?

    My notes app kept crashing. The phone has been updated, phone and iCloud have plenty of space. I was told that this is a known issue and the only solution was to clear all of my notes history as theoretically one of my thousands of notes has been compromised and there want a away to figure out how or which one. I’ve had Apple since 2011. That’s a lot of notes that I actually use. GONE. I asked about compensation as my devices are paid in cash and that’s clearly over 1k for a device that has issues and that was alot of information evaporated. And no, there’s no compensation for a 2yr old issue (according to Google) that doesn’t have a viable solution. Last year it was a voice note from a call recording that again, was “compromised” and that voice note I needed for a court hearing. So this was the icing on the cake for me & Apple
